Our relocation service will include a pre-move assessment (including a calibration check). Our engineers will carry out a full site survey for the current location of the machines and their new location, to ensure that the relocation process runs smoothly.
Phoenix engineers will carry out de-commissioning of your test machines; we will remove all fixtures, fittings, and servo valves ready for relocation. We will also disconnect all of the electronic control systems and disconnect hydraulic components from the ring main or hydraulic power pack. All components and systems will be labelled and packaged to avoid cross contamination during the relocation service.
We then arrange specialist transportation to move one or several machines into the new location. When the machines have been transported successfully, we will carry out re-commissioning of your machines, including flushing each frame, replacing filter elements to avoid contamination, and reconnecting hydraulic and electronic components.
After the machine has been relocated, our engineers will check the system for correct operation, and re-calibrate the machines. We can also offer annual calibration contracts and preventative maintenance checks to keep your machines in full working order.
