If your servo-hydraulic or electric-screw machines are in regular use for testing applications, our calibration team are on hand to calibrate your machines and equipment in displacement, or stroke. Using our own highly accurate calibration equipment, LVDTs and gauge blocks, we can offer UKAS calibration on capacities of 0.02mm up to 100mm, or much larger ranges to our in-house calibration procedure.
Displacement or Stroke calibration is carried out on servo-hydraulic test machines to measure the full range of movement of the actuator in incremental measurements, in increasing and decreasing displacement. For electric-screw type machines, the measurements are taken from the displacement of the crosshead.
This ensures that the displacement being displayed during testing applications is accurate and is recording reliable data.
If you require regular calibration of your test machines and test equipment, our engineers can advise on the best contract and service to suit your machines.
Take a look at our latest case studies to see how we have worked with our calibration customers to develop a full and comprehensive service and calibration contract, covering multiple machines and routine maintenance of hydraulic power packs and preventative maintenance checks.
If you would like to discuss your displacement or stroke calibration requirements, please contact us with details of your test equipment to request a call back from a member of our calibration team
