Pull-Off Tester Calibrations

Digital or automated pull-off testers are widely used throughout the construction industry, to calculate the adhesive strength or resistance strength of materials that are bonded to a concrete structure. We offer UKAS calibration services on pull testers to ASTM E4-20.

Contact Us

Overview

It is essential that digital and automated pull-off testers are calibrated regularly to maintain complete accuracy of their calculations and results when testing concrete, mortars, and renders, and to maintain verification of the adhesive strength or bond strength of the material.

Our team of service and calibration engineers highly recommend that each pull-off tester is calibrated on an annual basis.

As a UKAS accredited, independent testing laboratory, we offer routine calibration and maintenance contracts for digital pull-off testers and automated pull-off testers to ASTM E4-20 using verification equipment calibrated to ASTM E74-18.

Our expert engineers offer pull-off tester calibrations at our in-house laboratory based in the West Midlands. Simply ship your pull-off testers to us and we will calibrate them to the required standard, provide detailed results and calibration certificates, and return your pull-off tester to you.

Book Your Calibration

We have flexible calibration contracts available:

  • Staged shipments and calibration of your pulloff testers. Ideal for multiple pieces of equipment that have different calibration expiry dates.
  • Ship all of your pulloff tester equipment to us as one shipment, and we have the capacity to calibrate all testers as part of one contract. Suitable for multiple pieces of equipment that require calibration at the same time.

Our Collaboration with Customers

We have been working collaboratively with a UK-based company who specialise in Digital Pull Testing equipment for on-site testing of construction anchors and eyebolts.

Staht were awarded a UK government innovation grant to develop and expand their range of on-site testing and measurement equipment, and required our services for specific customers who require the tester to be calibrated directly by UKAS accredited lab.

Staht have approved Phoenix as a calibration partner to provide UKAS accredited calibration services for their digital pull testers.
