Overview

If you require accurate measurement and reporting of your test equipment, from 0.05N up to 2000kN (2MN), our team of engineers are able to perform Force Calibration on your test machine, independent load cells and force gauges using our UKAS accreditations to ISO and ASTM Standards (BS EN ISO 7500-1:2018, BS EN ISO 7500-2:2006, and ASTM E4-16).

Our calibration laboratory has a selection of accuracy standard proving devices (BS EN ISO 376:2011 and ASTM E74:18E1), along with custom designed recording software, enabling us to calibrate tensile and compressive loads from 0.05N to 2000kN.

  • Force calibration to a range of capacities, from 0.05N up to 2MN
  • UKAS accredited to BS EN ISO 7500-1:2018, BS EN ISO 7500-2:2006, and ASTM E4-16
What do we calibrate +

What Equipment Do We Calibrate?

Any device that provides a measurement of force and/or displacement can and should be calibrated regularly to maintain confidence in your results. We calibrate a wide range of servo-hydraulic and electric screw test machines of all makes and models, including ESH Testing, Instron, Amsler, Avery Denison, Zwick, MTS, Mecmesin, Tinius Olsen, Hounsfield, Schenck, Mayes, Dartec and Mand machines.

We can also provide force calibration services on specialist machines, including horizontal chain and wire test machines, forge simulators, compaction simulators, as well as independent load cells and handheld forge gauges.
