Phoenix Sponsors Fatigue 2020 Conference 

Phoenix is delighted to be sponsoring the EIS Fatigue 2020 Conference held at Downing College, Cambridge on 28th June – 1st July 2020.


The 3 day event is a technical conference that focuses on the fundamentals of fatigue, high performance materials, thermomechanical fatigue testing, corrosive environments and much more. It is also a great opportunity for technical experts to discuss their own experiences and challenges with fatigue testing applications, as well as sharing the latest developments in R&D technologies, innovation and manufacturing.

Vicki Wilkes, Commercial Director and Darren Wilkes, Technical Director of Phoenix will be exhibiting at the event, showcasing our own developments in high end testing, including our new and unique high pressure and low pressure test machines. 

We are currently developing innovative, first-in-class testing applications to perform extreme temperature testing to 2,000°C* and extreme pressure testing** up to 100bar. Our latest generation of environmental chambers has allowed us to include low pressure testing up to 3bar, and high pressure testing up to 100bar with the addition of humidity control into the system – a unique combination of heating, environmental and control capabilities.
