Phoenix engineers will design and build a hydraulic power pack, which combined with appropriate hydraulic accumulators, will deliver the performance you require from your machine.
Where there is a limitation on the power available at the customers’ site, Phoenix will work with the customer to establish the key performance criteria and the best possible options available.
Phoenix hydraulic power packs are designed with an oil reservoir fitted with a high-pressure pump/motor assembly.
The hydraulic power packs are fully piped to include hour counter, control valves, gauges, pressure and return line micro-filters and air blast or water cooling.
All electrical items are wired to a control box containing motor starters and failsafe shut down interlocks.
The Phoenix hydraulic power pack starts up in low pressure mode to allow safe set-up until the operator switches to high pressure mode.
The power packs can be started locally at the power pack if fitted to a frame that does not have a Phoenix control system, or remotely via the Alpha digital control system.
